But under the hood, you’ll discover that. If your goal really was to regain control of your digital life. You’re still better off with your current smartphone. Because the entire premise of the marketing of these devices. Is based on a deeply flawed theory. I went through tons of research papers. Cos I think this is an important topic no one is covering. And I didn’t just want to speak based on vibes. I came across one the phones we are talking about. The Clicks Communicator, from a comment on my video on dumbphones. And naturally I was interested. So I googled and got obsessed with the device. But something felt wrong. It was a bit off. See on the website it says “Designed for Doing, Not Doomscrolling” And I thought to myself, well that can’t be right. I mean the thing runs full android with access to play store. What’s stopping me from doomscrolling on this device.Ok....Every video I watched trying to understand this. We’re talking about how the screen size means you won’t doomscrolling anymore. And you’ll become productive Even worse, people called it a dumbphone. Which got me even more shocked. The clicks communicator is not the only device claiming this. We have the Sidephone, The minimal phone 2.
