Welcome to Kópasker where we cover the history of the village and the 1976 earthquake that was a part of the 1975-1984 volcano-tectonic rifting episode named after Krafla volcano in north Iceland. I'm already working on the full Krafla story and hope to finish filming the rest of the long fissure swarm next summer. Until then, you can look at the bits i have already online.
