These are two songs that are in both The Elder Scrolls: Arena and Daggerfall.
The first piece places when there is an overcast while snowing, and the second piece plays while it is snowing very hard in a blizzard. These were both labeled as "arranged" versions. I'm not sure if they were simply recorded with general MIDI or what.
About two days ago I found a floppy disk that had a couple of my old Arena saved games from back when I used to play on my 386. One of the saved games still loads, and I was able to use it in DOSBox. For some reason it's in the 3rd slot which says it has no save, but at least it starts up!
