This tutorial will show you how to crochet a very easy women's cardigan / sweater / jumper / pullover with a star stitch stripe. This cardigan is a suitable project for beginners.

Sizing Information
-For size XXS simply follow the tutorial using a 4mm crochet hook
-For size XS simply follow the tutorial using a 4.5mm crochet hook
-For size S simply follow the tutorial using a 5mm crochet hook
-For size M simply follow the tutorial using a 6mm crochet hook
-For size L simply follow the tutorial with a few small changes mentioned below using a 6.5mm crochet hook
-For size XL simply follow the tutorial with a few small changes mentioned below using a 7mm crochet hook
-For size XXL simply follow the tutorial with a few small changes mentioned below using a 7.5mm crochet hook

For sizes L, XL and XXL follow the tutorial with the following small changes:
-Make a foundation chain of 88 instead of 80
-At the end of round 1 you should have 88 stitches across
-At the end of round 2 you should have 132 stitches across
-At the end of round 3 you should have 198 stitches across
-Before starting round 11 you should still have 198 stitches across
-For round 11: ch2 and turn, work 27 DC, skip 43 stitches for the first armhole, work 56 DC for the back, skip 43 stitches for the next armhole, work 28 DC to finish the round
-From round 12 onwards you should work 112 DC across


For my cardigan I made a size XXS and used Drops Lima yarn.
