In this video you will learn to make German Potato Salad (I have no idea if its German or not) and Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Peanut sauce.
These two dishes are served cold (or mostly cold in the summer rolls case).
Peanut sauce is the most incredible shit ever. You should make it and put it on everything.
If you do not feel like spending the time rolling them up. You can just take the inner ingredients minus the wrapping... and make a salad with them using the peanut sauce as the dressing.
Get the spring roll wrappers, rice noodles, fried onion, and fried garlic at the Asian store.
Pro Tip: Have a small herb garden and at least grow basil and mint. These are used in so many things from pesto to Asian foods. Its way cheaper to grow them and use them off the plant than to buy bags of fresh herbs all the time.
