3mm - White LED - 20mA
100 resistor (Brown/Black/Brown/Gold)
(either or between 1.8 to 3.6 volt)
3 AA alkaline batteries in series
Also, the purpose of this video is to show a variable resistor to dim the bulb.

100k (100,000) resistor = almost no light at all
1k (1,000) resistor = dim
100 resistor = good.
50 resistor = probably minimum (I don't have anything less than 100 to test)
