Infiltrate Fort Garsbruck and destroy its artillery. Minerva Victor will be unavailable. The mission will end in failure if Claude is defeated, or if it takes too many turns for the team to disable the two sea fortress cannons.
Millenia's Stealth defense boost is very nice and can be triggered simply by using sandbags. Peaking is required for Aoife (also helpful for Millennia) for whatever reason if you can't see the enemy mortars you do less damage, on PC default is Q/E. With the rifle grenade this shot can go badly (I recommend saving before moving Millennia on the second phase). Aim for the further Shocktrooper then bring the aim back towards you until it turns white, this way the grenade will land and not bounce off and mess it up. Finally if you finish the Roland/Keigel/Ryan squad story and get the ace in it you'll have another AP accessory for the Glory which saves a turn (Claude can kill the guy at the sandbags)
You can skip using the VB GW 3(e) and just pop a defense boost on Claude if you like.

Keigel: M2EQ-5R, Support Belt - If you don't have a 5R two turn the level and you'll probably get one as a drop.

Aoife: VB GW 3(e), Improved Powder - You can defense boost Claude and skip using this mortar.
Glory: Available AP accessories
Cactus: Available AP accessories
