Sea Slavery - LTR LTR 2020-04-13 | If you haven’t heard yet, I released a new LTR album the other week! The album is part of an exciting music project in collaboration with Ian Urbina from the New York Times. Ian released a book titled The Outlaw Ocean with stories from his adventures and investigations across the oceans. The second song in the album is called sea slavery and it's dedicated to the people trapped out on the ocean. This piece is much calmer and melancholic than the previous song. The song is about the sad fate that many young fishing boys share. Outlaw Oceans - LTR LTR 2020-04-05 | 💛 First and foremost I hope you and your loved ones are all staying healthy and safe!🌊 Over the last year, I’ve been working on an exciting music project in collaboration with investigative reporter, Ian Urbina, from the New York Times. Ian has released a book titled The Out law Ocean, which are stories from his journey across the oceans where he witnessed everything from intentional oil dumping, sea slavery, illegal fishing, and many other unreported criminalities that occur on the high seas.🎵 Ian got in touch with me to ask whether I’d like to be a part of this unique project which attempts to combine music and journalism.
