I love Toaplan but this isnt really for me, the weapon system can be a bit fiddly and dying is a real chore trying to survive with nowt until you power back up.
Fluked it a bit on the level 3 balls but hey sometimes luck is on your side

In this video I compare all 9 official releases of Bruce Lee, from the Commodore 64 and Atari 8-bit originals through to the ZX Spectrum, Amstrad CPC, MSX, NEC PC-88, Apple II, IBM PC, and the BBC Micro. Ranked from worst to best, we’ll see which systems nailed it and which ones… didn’t.
Expect pink Bruce, missing Ninjas, neon overload, smooth classics, and of course the mighty C64.

Ok first of all this isn't going to win because getting a no death run actually means you get a terrible score as opposed to dying many times and then replaying parts of the game and getting the score over and over for enemies....but this game is so easy I think that if I died on purpose I would feel like I've cheated .....oh and there's a new No Death award so I want that.
This horizontal shoot-'em-up classic from Masaya is packed with intense action, tight controls, and some of the most creative satellite weapon mechanics of its time. In this run, I navigate all stages without losing a single life, showing off strategies for boss fights, enemy waves, and optimal power-up usage.
🎮 Platform: Sega Mega Drive (Genesis)
🔥 Run Type: No Death / One Credit Clear
🏆 Challenge: Tubers High Score Challenge
📅 Game Released: 1992 (Japan)
If you're into retro shooters, high score runs, or just want to see a clean playthrough of this underrated gem, you're in the right place. Drop a comment if you're participating in the challenge or just a fan of classic 16-bit shooters!

##### SORRY ABOUT ALL THE DISCORD NOTIFICATION SOUNDS DURING THIS VIDEO I HAD MY RECORD AUDIO ON DESKTOP######
So Tubers time again and this is a game that I'm sure everyone knows and its one we have played before and I didn't do too well in as didn't have time to play....but this time made a bit of an effort and got a reasonable score I think...its not gonna win but its the best I've ever got
Today, I’m comparing all 8 versions of Platoon released across systems like the C64, NES, Amiga, Apple II, ZX Spectrum, and more. Which versions hold up? Which ones are unplayable disasters? And does the C64 version really deserve the top spot? Spoiler alert: Hell yes it does!

So Tubers time again and this time it was Manshovels pick ...and we all know he loves Shoot em ups...and also NES so it was only natural that he would pick this absolute belter of a game that came out a couple of years ago.
So bullet hell aint really my thing but this one is a bit like Bullet Hell for people who don't like bullet hell, yes there's a lot going on on the screen especially for the 8bit but if you concentrate on your ship and avoiding bullets 9 times out of 10 there's always a way through and if there isn't bombs are plentiful and so are lives

So its Tubers time again and this time it was my choice...tbh I was a bit sick of all the shoot em up (never thought I would ever say that) so I've gon for a classic from Data East and that Chelnov Atomic Runner.
So i feel a little bad as I also picked this for another reason...i did really bad in Espgaluda 2 finishing 6th so need a chance to pull some points back and this is a game I know I can 1cc pretty easily
Now I’ll be honest with you — this one is NOT my cup of tea. It’s full-on bullet hell, and the scoring system? I mean seriously — it feels like you need a PhD just to figure out what’s going on with the multipliers. I spend more time dodging bullets than actually understanding how I’m supposed to rack up points!
But, as always, it’s all a bit of fun and part of the Tubers High Score Challenge, where we take on these insane games and try not to rage quit on camera. 😅

The inspiration for this video came from watching Xyphoe, an awesome retro gaming streamer, playing Carlos Sainz: World Rally Championship on the Amstrad. It hit me—this is basically World Rally in the arcade, but the home version came first! That got me thinking… how many other games took this unexpected route? So, I dug deep and found eight classic games that made the jump from home systems to the big time in the arcades!
Sit back, relax, and enjoy some mind-blowing gaming history!
🚀 Featured Games:
🎮 Carlos Sainz: World Rally Championship → World Rally (Arcade)
🎮 Boulder Dash (Atari 8-bit) → Arcade
🎮 Pitfall II: The Lost Caverns (Atari 2600) → Arcade
🎮 Lode Runner (Apple II) → Arcade
🎮 Choplifter (Apple II) → Arcade
🎮 Cosmic Chasm (Vectrex) → Arcade
🎮 Spelunker (Atari 8-bit) → Arcade
🎮 Tetris (Electronika 60) → Arcade

Hey what's up guys OSG here and as I'm off work I might as well do another video so here is a Patreon request from Superlitmario. He said he seen the video on c64 games that kicked the Nes' ass and would like me to do the same for SMS Vs Nes... So here it is, I will say that some of these are pretty close but the top of the list the Nes definitely takes an ass kicking.... And yes I know that the Nes beat the master system on loads of games as there were way more games on the Nes but in these ones for me there is one clear winner....I've ordered these by how much better I think the master system version is better than the Nes with the biggest gap being in 1st place. So sit back grab a Xmas drink and enjoy 10 games where the Sega master system kicked the NES' ass.

Hey whatsup guys OSG here with my last video before xmas so its only fitting that I do the compilation that started it all for me on the C64 and that’s the C64 Bundle Hollywood Presents …that’s me here with the same bundle I got on Christmas morning 1988 …well not the exact one as I sold that to buy an Amiga…but last year picked it up again and when It arrived the nostalgia overload was off the map. Anyway this came bundled with Oceans Hollywood Presents and TV Quiz pack so we will look at all the games in both those compilations which is 10 in total
They range from the cream of the crap to the cream of the crop so sit back relax and watch The C64 Hollywood Presents Bundle In Order of Greatness

Hey whatsup guys OSG here with another compilation video and today we are going to look at one of the most suggested compilations after my video on History in the Making. Oceans The In Crowd on the C64 certainly was worth the money at £14.95 for 8 games …6 of which were pretty damn good. This was actually released at Christmas 1988 to like History in the making and was another one that I got that year making it a bumper Christmas for me. It was released for C64, Spectrum and Amstrad but for us C64 owners we got by far the best compilation as we got The last Ninja instead of Crazy Cars…. I mean who decided that was a matching alternative
Anyway enough talking about it lets take a look at Commodore 64 Oceans The In Crowd in order of greatness
Its a game that I had played maybe once or twice in the past and at first just couldnt get to grips with the difficulty ramp up after level 2.... however the more I played it the more I learnt it and grew to like it over this week.
So close to completing the first loop and with more time I think I could do this as I died in some stupid places when I let myself get pinned in corners .... tip is keep moving
Anyway this is my run and I fully expect Juffer to knock out a 1cc with a huge score.... its been fun anyway even If I do end up 1st loser

Hey whatsup guys OSG here with another video and today we're diving into something properly special - US Gold's "History In The Making" from Christmas 1988. Talk about a perfect Christmas present! At £24.99 on cassette or £27.95 on disk for Fifteen games, That's about £1.66 per game - absolute bargain! I got this as a present and I cant remember a better compilation on the C64.

Hey whatsup guys OSG here with another video and Today it’s a patreon request from Manshovel, Ok so Manshovel is a long time friend of the channel and fellow Tubers Highscore challenge player and also has a retro gaming channel ( ive put the link in the description ) . One of his favourite troll games on stream is to get people to play Cauldron and Cauldron 2 so its only natural that these games would be involved in his video request so we’re diving into the lineup of games created by Palace Software for the legendary Commodore 64. They only had 13 games on the C64 which was a surprise and some were copyright only but ive still included them.
So without more delay lets take a look at every C64 Palace Software game in order of greatness

Hey whatsup guys OSG here again and this time we will be taking a look at 10 games that started off as something completely different. Some of these games are so far removed from the original idea that they are completely unrecognisable as the games they started out as.
There are some game that people might know about but im betting that you get at least 2 or 3 real surprises when you watch this video
Anyway without delay lets take a look at 10 retro games that started out as something completely different.
I'm 6 points ahead so lets see if I can bring it home 1 game early with Super Space Invaders 91 on Arcade.
first of all I hate fixed ship shooters but have sort of learnt to like this after breaking through the wall of frustration of how unfair this game is power ups wise.
So and I know this is a bit sad ...I've sunk 60hrs plus into this game over the last 2 weeks...yes yes I've gone to sleep thinking of Dogyuun and its paid off with a 1cc

Hey, what's up guys? OSG here with another video, and today we're flipping the script! We're looking at 10 C64 sequels that were actually better than the originals. I know, I know, it's like finding a unicorn in your back garden, but trust me, these games exist!
Now, before we dive in, I want to give a quick shout out to a couple of games that didn't make the list, but bloody well could have. I'm talking about International Karate + and Last Ninja 2. Both of these sequels were absolutely stonking, but here's the thing - their predecessors were already top-notch. It'd be like comparing a Rolls Royce to a slightly shinier Rolls Royce. They're both brilliant, so I've left them off to give some other games a chance to shine.
I've ordered these by how much better the sequel was compared to the original, and we're counting down from 10 to 1. So, grab yourself a cuppa, settle in, and let's see which C64 sequels managed to outdo their predecessors!
Willow was always my nemesis when I was young but through mame I have learned how to complete this game and although its hard at first once you learn it.....its not so tough

I'm sure we all have at some point played a game that we loved and then heard that a sequel was coming out and rushed out and bought it on the merit of the original game…sometimes this paid off but a lot of the time software houses shoveled out a load of crap quick to capitalize on the original games success and that’s what this video is all about well…not all crap but definitely not what we expected
I've ordered these by how I rate the sequel to the original game and then done a sort in excel best to worst

THSC time again and this was picked by my good friend Lucas Rainford.
Its a weird game as if you want a high score you have to not shoot and juggle medals with your slash weapon until they become 100000 point medals...once you get a chain going you can rack up some real massive points....anyway this is my run... I actually nearly completed it when I played it like a shoot em up...but collecting medals makes the game way harder

Hey whats up guys OSG here with another A to Z of Amiga Hidden Gems videos
Unlike the C64 the Amiga posed a bit more tricky to put together these lists as everyone and his dog were using x-copy and swapping games on the school playgrounds back then so finding truly hidden gems has been a right pain in the arse but I think I've managed it on the whole and any that aren’t so hidden are definitely overlooked on the system.
Today we will be looking at games beginning with I .
So without more delay lets take a look at 10 Commodore Amiga Hidden Gems beginning with I in order of greatness.
So we had this one before like 8 years ago and ever since I have played this game regularly as it sparked a nostalgia trip for me because It was one of my favourite arcade games from back in the day.
Ive completed 1 loop a fair few times but 2nd loop always gets me...luckily 1 loop is classed as 1cc in this competition so here it is :-)

Hey whatsup guys OSG here back from my holidays and kicking the videos off with something that could get me lynched ..... 10 Game where the Sega Master System kicked the Mega Drive / Genesis' Ass
Had to get some advice on this one but ultimately I made the final decision after playing each game
That didn't stand well for me as for my videos I have to play every game and put them in order of my personal opinion, but after a few chats with people that had played this super rare game I decided to trust them.
Well now I'm in a position to play the game on the new emulator from Tuxality and I have to say that it is totally awesome and my favourite version ever...yes even better than the GBA version .
The Zeebo is a Brazilian console from 2009 and the games were downloadable to the console hence why games are rare as if you didn't get them you were never going to find them on eBay or anywhere.
If you would like the emulator you can get it from Tuxalitys site.

Hey whatsup guys OSG here with another Amiga video, following the Worst Full Price Amiga video I did last week its become apparent that maybe ive been a bit harsh on US Gold….. aw wait no I haven’t they did trawl out a load of crap so deserve the insults I gave them…but in this video I want to highlight that amongst all that tripe they did actually publish some of the best games ever made on the amiga.
I think that you will see in this video that any game that wasn’t a arcade port and was given time for development turned out to be a a real cracker of a game.
Ok so lets see if they can vindicate themselves slightly from our memories of being one of the worst publishers for ripping us of…. I think you will be surprised at just how good some of the games they published were
Anyway sit back and relax and watch the 10 best US Gold Amiga games ever made in order of

Hey whatsup guys OSG here with another video and today it’s the turn of the amiga to get the worst
full price games treatment. Following the C64 video I started looking into other systems and you will
not believe some of the prices of these games for the pile of utter manure that we got…. Ive again
ordered these in how bad the game is relative to how much it cost and how much we anticipated the
games at the time…… ive also converted the original price to the spending power price of today and
it’s a real eye opener especially now im a parent complaining about how much a PS5 game
costs….maybe we aren’t getting ripped off so much after all now…..
Anyway sit back and relax and watch the 20 worst full priced Amiga games in order of
disappointment
I only started playing this last week and even though I have failed to 1cc it I will return back to this as its my new favourite shooter
