This video is a recreation of what happened.The oil vomit attack he has makes you explode if you touch fire afterward, dealing a large amount of damage. Apparently, the fire buff on your weapon counts as a source of fire. I learned this the hard way.
Demons Souls Remake - Dirty Colossus Cheese? TheIrishBub 2021-12-22 | I was messing around with the bow glitch during my Soul Level 1 playthrough, and popped myself up onto a ledge on the left, where I was able to snipe the Dirty Colossus with about 120 fire arrows. Not the fastest fight ever, but it counts as cheese, I guess?
FF7R - Weird Infinite Battle occurrence TheIrishBub 2021-05-11 | So I was messing around last night, cleaning up the remaining side quests, when I got the battle state to persist after the fight was finished. I did some additional messing around that I have recorded and may make a video at some point later.I wonder if this may be used to skip to later chapters, if story triggers can be hit in this manner.It might be important to know that this is the physical PS4 version played on a PS5.

RE Revelations - Getting OoB in 9-2 TheIrishBub 2020-03-12 | PLEASE READ!This out-of-bounds only exists on the 3DS version of the game. What you have to do is interact with the door to the right at the very start of the level. Then, after going through the lab section and Jill injects herself with the vaccine, you need to quit to the main menu and reload the save. Then just go to the door and you will just walk right through it.I demonstrate in this video that you have to quit to the main menu to get the trick to work; you can't just restart from the previous checkpoint.In theory, this could be used to skip to a later part of the game, but I don't know how this can be achieved. Also, the game auto-kills you if it detects you as being out of bounds for longer than 5 seconds, so I can't really go anywhere I please.And yes, after playing this game for 7 years, I still haven't memorized the laser patterns in the lab! XD

As long as I defeat Lich in Memoria in less than 12 hours, that's all I care about.That being said, in this segment, I opt to pick up an Ether and Phoenix Pinion to sell later. In order to even finish this episode in such a time, Out-of-Bounds is used.Fun fact: This is the only instance of OoB in this game that I know about, but it just so happens to save a bit of time - about a minute and a half.
