My Electricity bill has arrived and apparently it is 100% from renewable sources & no carbon has been generated...is this too good to be true? I have questions!
We are seeing a lot of investment in Green Technology, but are we going about it the right way? Should we not be planting more trees & not cutting down ancient forests? Who benefits from this technology?
Are wind turbines the answer or do they just spoil the landscape?
After much planning, we left England 2 years ago to build a new life in beautiful rural Portugal #SerraDaEstrela - It's not been easy, but it has been wonderful.

I don't really know much about bees or farming or fruit, but we are trying to become less reliant on the shops and to grow more of our own produce, so we thought we'd give it all a try!
