UNIIQU3 continues her new era with ‘Calling My Name’, the second single from her much-anticipated debut album.
A collaboration with producer Leonce and rapper Cakes Da Killa, ‘Calling My Name’ follows UNIIQU3’s May single ‘Mile High Club’, which is already flying high on the BBC Radio 6 playlist.
Due for release this Autumn, UNIIQU3’s debut album will mark her return to the Local Action label – following the runaway success of her ‘Heartbeats’ EP and ‘Microdosing’ single, both released on Local Action in 2021. These releases marked a career landmark: ‘Microdosing’ became the first Jersey Club record long-listed for a Grammy, and the campaign saw UNIIQU3’s face everywhere from Times Square billboards to the front cover of DJ Mag, while the music soundtracked fashion shows from Versace and Fenty.
The years since ‘Heartbeats’ have seen UNIIQU3’s status continue to soar: touring with Tinashe (not to mention releasing an official remix of Tinashe’s mega-hit ‘Nasty’), opening for Beyonce on her Renaissance world tour, going platinum as a co-writer for Chloe, being sampled by Doechii and continuing to spread the Jersey Club gospel worldwide through relentless global touring.
