CITY OF TIDES
"The City Of Tides, also known as Moon Station, is an avant-guarde lunar settlement located on the equatorial belt of White Cradle Moon [1.207]. The station was built during the Second Space Expansion [1.201], thanks to the shared efforts of Joni Trasnports and the House of Attunement. The local tidal cycles are both the perfect catalyst for attunement activities and the perfect microbiome for preserving life on otherwise hostile territory, with an economy mainly based on rock extraction and Lifeblood collection from the Joni's Asteroid Belts. The City Of Tides is linked to the underground via water expansions caves, and to the Outer Space via an orbital linked station, the Docking Bay. The full city system is known as Dome 02, and is provided of dam-containement walls (to manage the water levels of the twelve Tidal Cycles) and an Hiveshield (to preserve the internal atmosphere)."

"System of natural pools and caves located in the northern emisphere of White Cradle. Water spills from the inner core of the cradle, filling what are commonly believed to be craters from ancient meteoritic impacts on the moon's surface. The formation of calcite layers in the underground led to the growth of caves rich of minerals and resources, and surfaces scattered with dusty, calcite shells and lost legends about the miracolous Pale Ore [1.267]. Nowadays few signs and structures remains from the ancient colonization, dating back to the First Space Expansion, led by The Wyrm itself."

THE WYRMROAD
"Beyond the safe walls and shields of the Moon Station [1.208], venturing in the northern emisphere of White Cradle [1.207], the travellers are likely to traverse the wide area where the Wyrms [006] first landed in Nest System [999]. The plains are vast and scattered by huge chrysalises, first vessels of Higher Beings and testament of their wake on those lands. Amidst their empty shells, a route was traced by the explorers of the First Space Expansion [1.200]: The Wyrmroad. The road is long, perilous, and can be followed only by the strongest of will, not without the guidance of the Grubs [987b]. It is unclear to this days the exact correlation between Grubs and Wyrms, but is clear that the Grubs hold some degree of connection to the Highest Truth [988]. It is said that the Wyrmroad can manifest in the travellers minds the words of The Wyrm itself, given they know when to listen."

MAT 2023-06-25 | Over the years I started countless music projects: albums, songs, ideas, more or less complex, all of them abandoned after a while.
It's soo hard to finish a song!
And still, I find myself unable to let some those halfway made songs alone, keep coming back for some listens, sometimes to add or remove something.
Some of those songs are like fragments of a moment gone, but luckily captured by a word, a chord, a melody. Fragments I need to let loose, even if they are not the best in terms of mixing and audio quality.
Because they mean something.
They are my warnings.
My testing grounds.

Launch Trailer Theme for "Hallownest Vocalized", an Hollow Knight fanmade mod that introduces full english voiceover for every character, dialogue, piece of text and lore in the game.

Months ago, at the pinnacle of summer boredom, a discord DM from none other than Ccmaci suddenly appeared and the spark of music making was reignited once more. A long journey, a Path of Collaboration (and sometimes composer's Pain) began, and led to this very piece of music.
I'm not an orchestral expert, and I never composed for projects other than mine, but the challenge was up and I couldn't back down...
As the music is supposed to back a trailer that invites the players to come back and experince HK with a new perspective, I tried to make a soundtrack that features both the tipycal instruments of the official sountrack and something new, like guitars, bass and more elaborated drums. I also tried to embody with music the spirit of adventure, of exploring and traversing the kingdom of Hallownest in a multitude of different situations.
Hopefully it will work ;)
