What The Water Gave Me - Olivia/Peter - Fringe blackiebrens 2012-04-23 | Watch in HDIt has been SO long since I have vidded these two, cause me and fringe have been meh for parts of this season, but I loved Friday's episode, SOO exciting and I think that helped galvanize me to finish this.It's a pretty straightforward overview, with more focus paid to Olivia because why wouldn't I....So I may or may not have written some of this next bit up last night while putting the finishing touche on this, because lbr, I totally do get emotional and worked up over my own stuff, and so there. Feelings ensue.What I want to say is: Olivia Dunham is a gift of a character, and I sometimes forget how much I love her. She's the kind of character that I can't imagine tv without, and I think I sometimes forget that because she just is such an inextricable part of vidding and fandom for me that I forget there was a time she didn't exist. Perfect character. Perfect character. Perfect character. And Anna Torv will never not utterly blow me away with how spectacular she is. It's stupid how good her and John Noble are and it's insanity that they aren't getting recognized for it on this show. tl;dr Olivia is an actual lifespiration for me, and I love her, and as much as this show sometimes has issues, and sometimes it has issues with writing her, she has never disappointed me.

This is my tribute to Eleven/Amy, I've been working on this forever, like middle of last season forever and I've re done it so many times, but here it is. Tried to keep it as simple as possible to let the clips speak for themselves. Cue shipper rant and feeeelings: I have such a substantial number of feelings regarding these two it is unseemly. Seriously. All I have to see is anything to do with "and the days that never came" and I'm done. This is not an exaggeration. Because for me, that's what they are, "The Doctor and Amy Pond, and the days that never came". I ship everyone that I'm supposed to, I love Rory, I love River, but there is just something. Something else about these two. And I wish we'd gotten to see it. I wish that had been the story that they'd chosen to tell. I love the one they did tell. But I wish we could have seen this one, especially in season 6. Again, too many feelings and not enough sensical story line analysis, i realize this, but that's what Eleven/Amy are for me. This can be viewed as either friendship or something more, I tried to keep it as close to what I believe the source material is as possible. I hope you guys enjoy this even a fraction of how much I love them.

In no way do i intend to go on a hateful rant about delena but some of the scenes between those two have been nothing short of abusive. i don't care that damon is a tortured soul etc etc angst, tragedy etc etc. it's abuse. damon is definitely the perpetrator of some of the worst parts of it, but elena has done her fair share of smacking him around and there seems to be this bizarre double standard where that is seen as okay. so this video got kind of hijacked by that but i'm just trying to honestly represent the scenes they've given us this season. this isn't an anti-delena vid, just a vid trying to point out what i think are some serious problems in their relationship.
