Just listening to Mos Def - Love [Tapehead Mix] right now, it hits real nice but I wish the kick had more power behind it, Im gonna leave a comment on it but not sure what Im gonna say yet
Honestly this one is one of tapehead best, really clean mix the acapella is clean, and the actual loop idea is nice with the occasional strings as well.
This Type beat of mine is the last thing of mine that Andre properly hopped on of mine I thought the verse was pretty hard, he was saying he rated it too

I know that Azealia Banks is a very aggressive person online, and has said a lot of unsavoury things, but she also made the best vocal house ever for a few years man, its a tough one for me because she genuinely made like 5 of my top 10 party songs ever, but she has said and done so many horrible things - brujeria indoors???

This is one of the more recent beats I made, and when I made it it was the favourite beat I ever made.
I think the reason I liked it so much is because as a producer if youre still trying to learn how to do new things, you get really excited when you feel like youve achieved. for me this is the first time I felt like I made a catchy up-tempo loop like this, with a bass that had the right amount of distortion.

Update: coming back to this one after it uploaded and it only has 10 views after 15 hours. Keeping it super real I don’t live or die by the numbers but if I think it’s a shame this one didn’t blow up, I would’ve said It’d be this one, but that’s the nature of this whole thing I guess you just never know, so we move on to the next one, see you on Monday!
