He wants the right lane to make a future right turn, so he moves over to the right while behind me and passes me by using the right turn lane for another road and cuts me off. As we approach the right turn lane on to South Queen Street, he comes to a complete stop. The signs say to "Right Turn Keep Moving" and to "Stay In Lane". This driver is in such a big hurry to get nowhere as he comes up to traffic at the next light.

About 30 to 40% of the time, when I'm traveling northbound, when there are vehicles merging onto I-83 north, they either don't accelerate enough or just cut you off. Here a Royer's Flowers van merges onto the highway and cuts off traffic. There was a space, not a safe one, between cars and he just pushed his way in and tailgated the car in front.
