The Third Sanctuary - Deltarune Chapter 4 | MSM Composer Cover Sox OPhone 2025-08-29 | Thank you all for watching! This is by far the hardest cover I've ever made in MSM Composer. Please like 'n stuff if you want to see more covers. I take a long time to make them, but it's worth the wait every time. I promise!What can I even say about Deltarune Chapter 4 that hasn't already been said? My last cover was Hammer of Justice, which was insanely fun. The Sanctuary themes are so interesting for me. Second and Third Sanctuary represent this hopeful yet uneasy feeling that we get as we watch Susie run around her twisted, dark world. She's trying to find herself in a world where the prophecy seems to exclude her. As Gerson said, she's the "dragon" from Dragon Blazers. She isn't one of the three heroes, and she doesn't even know it. The Third Sanctuary theme builds upon the uneasiness from the last theme with its odd time signatures. This time the song feels like its about to burst. Like its toppling over trying to catch itself from falling. We mainly focus 9/4, 11/8, 5/4, 12/8 in this song (with a few bits of 4/8 and 10/8 scatered about). It was SOOOOOO fun to make in MSMC. You'd probably think it was torture, but it was some of the most fun I've had yet composing. It felt like I had to solve a bunch of music puzzles to get everything lines up in MSMC. He's also the one who discovered the Owlesque VST, which we used for this sound. I composed the 1st track, and he did basically everything else. When Owlesque first came out, ngl, I didn't really consider that it's Minor form had 1 eye untill my friends pointed it out to me. We talked about it a lot, and came to the realization that if the Major form has the same/similar anatomy to the Minor form, than the "eye"s on the Major form are actually just the red dots on the Minor forms' claws. Which means that... BOTH forms have 1 eye? Oh well, you can argue with me on that if you'd like, but the Minor form ABSOLUTELY fits the criteria. If you think the Major form shouldn't count, then just pretend the Minor form makes all the sounds from every track lol. I really loved the idea of it switching back and forth between the Major and Minor forms during one of its tracks, and @poisondart0424 made it sound so smooth.But phase 2 isn't just one monster... THIS IS CRAZY!!!I've been planning this series for WEEKS and working on editing this since early December. I absolutely love Pokemon Emerald, and the Pokemon Friendlocke series by @Saltydkdan is probably my favorite Pokemon playthrough I've seen on YouTube. Emerald Legacy is a romhack made by @smithplayspokemon and his team, and I've been waiting months for it to release. Now that it's finally out, we can get this series rolling out. The Legacy team likes to bump up the difficulty a bit higher than your usual playthru. Trainers have better teams, weaker Pokemon get buffed, bad moves get an upgrade, and the story has some changes too! Toxic Positivity in B Major (Joyful Incarnate) | Original Song Sox OPhone 2024-11-01 | Joyful Incarnate is the name I gave the song originally, but as I composed it and started thinking about how I would release the song, I came up with the title “Toxic Positivity in B Major”. How cheesy is that, huh? I was like “Nah, that name sounds terrible.” But then I thought about it more and figured “Yeah… that’s kinda what I’m going for isn’t it…” this was less of a question and more of a realization that I simply HAD to use this title. But what am I going for?? Well, have you ever heard a pop song that just sounds… so corporate? Like it’s trying so hard to come off as positive as possible. Only major chords, generic progressions, earworm melody, surface-level lyrics with no meaning? Yeah, that's what this song is. Sickly sweet. Toxic Positivity. It also uses wayyy too many random breakcore loops, a truck-gear-shift key change at the end, and my favorite ELONGATED dubstep-esque beat drop that's so long and drawn out it’s nearly pointless. Now it may sound like I’m insulting my own song… and I’m really not. I love this piece, and I have a really deep emotional attachment to all the goofy ass things I put into it. Honestly, it’s the best kinda jank. All the “Bad things” I’m pointing out I added purposefully trying to be as stereotypically “pop” as possible. So yeah! That’s pretty much all I have to say about it. I’m writing this as I sit in my Americal Literature class on Halloween, hoping that this comes out on Halloween.

Feels like just yesterday that I posted that video and watched the numbers go up. Go up, up, up, till it reached 1 Million views. Yeah, if you aren't caught up, Tribal-estial Oasis (our first colab) has reached 1 Million views now. So lets get this out of the way first, thank you all SO MUCH for the love you've given me and my channel, its absolutely astounding to me. Enough of the mushy crap, though. Let's talk about this remix, cause OOOhh BOY was this a ton of fun. Weaving in bits from Magical Nexus into my original remix was really fun, but then remixing the song from the ground up to create this version was the absolute highlight. I didn't just add Nexus to the original remix, I started from the ground up fusing Nexus into the 120-bpm-island-pot and mixing till I got what I wanted. And a HUGE shoutout to @MixmasterCorn for helping me with the video's visuals. It's the icing on the cake for these kinds of remixes where you really wanna see all the monsters from the different islands next to each other playing their tracks and animations. BIG THINGS are coming... (Tribal-estial Oasis 2) Sox OPhone 2024-07-15 | The sequel to my MOST VIEWED VIDEO ever... the sequel you've all been asking for... is coming! We started working on this MONTHS ago, and it's finally hit the editing phase. I showed off the song on stream, but the song has been completed!!! Here are a few snippets strung together to drum up some hype while me and @MixmasterCorn work on the visuals for the big video.I will also say, I listened to your comments from the last one. You guys clearly wanted more Celestial Island representation. I can confirm there are now 50% more Celestials in this song (I added 3 more) BUT TRUST ME THEY GO HARDDD. And the Nexus additions are GLORIOUS. Also, I added the new additions to Fire Oasis such as MIMIC and SPURRIT. I'm sure you're all itching to hear what it sounds like but the video needs some more time to cook. I'd say we're still a few weeks off just cause I wanna give myself plenty of time to edit my half of the video. And what a ride it’s been. While I was working on this cover, the song started to get more and more popular. And I’ve seen an UNQUANTIFIABLE amount of animations based of that ChannelStation music video (you know the one). This cover also took AGES to edit. I’m using a brand new editing software and it’s taken a while to get used to it, but I feel I’ve got the hang of it now. As you can probably tell, this is the most effort I’ve ever put into the visuals of a video. No longer am I restricted by the shackles iMovie, I am free!!! He also composed the 2nd half of the track, while I added the chords and the fluttery vibrato effect.thanks to all of you guys especially these guys carry their sections of the song
