TheDrMusicianLong time no see! Here I am, back with a composition, after years. Not sure if anybody still remembers me or even care, but I can't blame you guys. Anyhow, this is a composition I love myself. A melancholic daunting melody, played with a piano as an intro, goes on with a classic guitar, plays with beautifl articulation changes. then comes the clarinet i love followed by a quartet and then and Ney and finally an Oud. The party doesn't end there, it ends with an ensemble. The picture is from my trip to Paris, Arc de Triomphe, snatched it myself. If you enjoyed the music, hit the like button and let me know your thoughts. Want more?

Description: This amazing masterpiece been lead with the Oud of course, my very fav instrument, accompanied by the cello, and the harmony comes from the Qanun and string section staccatos, and of course chords by the piano and guitar. Don't you dare forget the Arabic and Middle Eastern percussion XD
What makes it special is how much the articulatioins are cared for to create the utmost feeling and deliver it with little bit of orchestration. The Hereafter - Original Arabic SongTheDrMusician2014-06-09 | Hello friends,
Here is a song, sort of religious rather than just Islamic, talks about preparing for the afterlife. How badly or well people prepare for what comes after death. Since we all are mortals in this life, and immortality comes after, where do we want to spend our immortality? In hell or heaven? Rhetorical question. Everyone's answer would be heaven. But the actions we take everyday is the answer to that question.
Excuse my poor video editing. I thought i'd share few moments of my life this time, in the zoo, rain, snow, blizzard, sunset, in the park. etc.
Instruments which are used: Piano, soft strings section, Legato strings section, Arabic percussion (Riq and Tar), Kick and snare, Oud, Clarinet. Acoustic Bass.
The song is a request from a friend (all of you here are my friends ;D). And tried to make it sound less boring, hoping you guys would like it. Tried mixing my usual style with some modern ways I picked up.
Starts with piano with soft strings section playing chords. Then a rise in the strings section brings in vocals and percussion (Riq). Bass, kick and snare comes few seconds later to complete the atmosphere, along with the Tar percussion. Then vocals move a little bit up in octave along with strings section as a harmony. A bit later a break starts with Oud, followed by a Clarinet. The rest goes the same way until it ends with Oud.
Thank you for listening.
Follow me over Instagram, will follow back :D
Your opinion is much appreciated.Ney and Oud - Original Arabic musicTheDrMusician2014-02-06 | Hello,

This is my first song ever, so I will appreciate it if you give me your opinion about it! Even if you don't like my voice, I will still appreciate your honesty!
This is my first song ever, and it happened to be in Arabic, English lyrics is hard to find (one that fits my music genre), and after all I am not a singer!
Used the Ney and Violin in this song, and Oud in the instrumental which should be up soon!
The song lyrics goes something like this (not literally):
That who got busy in life And got tempted by hope Death comes in a blink of eye And grave is your last stop

First of all I want to apologize for being out for too long, though, my study takes most of my time and its the most important thing for me at the moment, its my dream to be a doctor.
This piece I made playing few instruments and some live, like the guitar and Nay. It shows a happy Arabic tune, suits for belly dancing I guess, with middle section of Zuruna.
Thank you for listening.
And a special thank you to Sandy for the reminder ;)
Hopefully I will upload other compositions, though, they are not Arabic. The shackles of despair - ORIGINAL Arabic MusicTheDrMusician2013-02-25 | We think life is unfair, because we think its hard on us, maybe it is.Everyone goes through problems and dilemmas in their life. I hope you guys like it, and there will be a surprise sometime soon ;-)Adventure: The sacred aisle (ORIGINAL) Epic Arabic MusicTheDrMusician2012-08-13 | Hello there,
This time I brought a special suprise for you, a Western-Eastern music as always, but, I started this piece with Western style, fully, then I mixed it with Eastern then took the Western feeling and left the Eastern there, then a few moments showing off the complex of the Arabic percussion which I put alot of effort making it, and ended the piece with piano improvising.
I wanted to start with mysterious way, thats why I played the piano in low octave, then gradually added the staccatos, epic percussion, and rise up a little to start the piece. The drums kick in with bass then add some string section runs with a choir shouts. After that I added the Oud with the Piano in a nice tone as the Arabic side starts to show, then back to the main tone and rise up with the French horn then back to normal, when it finally stops the Arabic style goes on with the Clarinet and Choir then the Oud joins with Acoustic Bass and BlockBuster to add some epicness and when it stops, it goes back to the mysterious piano again with nice complex of arabic percussion, adding a nice arabic tone with the violins, then ends with a piano improvisation.
Oh yeah, and the choir was recorded live, by me unfortunately, to give the Arabic feeling.
Instrument that I used: Piano, Horns staccatos, Blockbuster, String section staccato, Acoustic bass, Clarinet, Oud, Live recorded choir, Violins section, Epic drums, Rak or Riq, Tabla, Tar, Darbuka, French Horn.
hope you guys like it.Back then and now - ORIGINAL Arabic MusicTheDrMusician2012-02-06 | Hello there,

This piece is dedicated to my family, to show how much I love and miss them and appreciate every minute I spent with them, and thanking them for the support, the faith they have in me, and so many things can't come to my mind right now, spically to my mom and dad.
This piece features the Oud and Clarinet as main instruments, and the hofner guitar as a western flavor, plus a violin section, piano, 12 steel strings guitar, arabic percussion. I kinda shows my feelings which I can't describe in words, sometimes there is more effective ways and meaningful more than words, and in my case, I guess my music speaks for me.
Hope you like it, I personally think its one of my bests.
This time I brought you a new kind, at least first time I try this, play the Oud with a Clarinet.
I've Used the Oud and Clarinet as Main instruments and Middle eastern String section as Harmony and Orchestral string section for chords, and the accordion for changing, like an egyptian way I think, plus the qanoon or Kanun spelled in many ways, and the Epic arabic percussion and a guitar chords, the bass is acoustic.
Hope you Enjoy it.Alienation - Never Alone (By TheDrMusician)TheDrMusician2011-01-21 | Once, someone asked me if I think if someone work in the sound engineering field but have not certification or education about it can be called sound engineer. My personal though is: if he is good at it then yes, when it comes to art the only thing matter is talent, certificates means you know but it doesnt mean that you are talented but you prove it.
About the Track: its called "Alienation" from my album "Never Alone".
I used the piano and string section as harmonies and the steel guitar as well, and the main Instruments is the flute and the Hofner guitar (Nylon).
Rate and tell me what you think if you like.True Love - Original musicTheDrMusician2010-12-28 | Hello there,

Merry christmas and Happy new year :)
And the music is from my album "Never alone" Track 03 "True Love".Age Of Glory - EPIC Arabic music (ORIGINAL)TheDrMusician2010-11-19 | Hello there,
In this piece I only used the Oud and some Blockbuster and arabic percussion as general and some instruments as harmonies such as: strings section and piano. But it still has its epic taste of the arabian instruments and tune.
And in this video you can see alot of the arabic culture, spically my favourtie Instrument "Oud", some old Architecture, Caligraphy, the old islamic Dinar, and some others .. at the glorious time. But not anymore.
This time I've brough you a better quality video for my second arabic music, here a description of what I have used in this piece:
the instruments are: Oud, Santoor, Hofner Nylon Guitar, Piano, Flute, Strings section, Epic arabic percussion drums which are Deff and Req and some personal addition, Violin, Soprano voice.
It shows the most beautiful and rarely used arabic instruments these days in a instrumental way, which a belive its a treasure for the Middle East but people forgot it and turned to the modern music, its mixed with some western intruments. It was played in scale (maqam in arabic) called Hijaz ... I love it, which is why I played it.
Ratings and constructive comments are appreciated.
Enjoy.Silence is the sound of anger (Original composition)TheDrMusician2010-10-03 | Hey there, here's my last track, hardly made that video with after effect and looped it with windows video maker which in first place took the video from video copilot, didnt make it very well but first try.
Anyway, this music has a soft begining with a choir wich present the silence then comes some Blockbuster with E guitars and staccato male choir and some hard drums, then it rises and add a lead guitar, then the piano notes changes adding some guitar melody, it gets loud in some parts but didnt make that noisy. Hope you guys like it.
BTW .. couple ideas was inspired while playing Mafia 2 .. pretty awesome game .. few others from dream theatre.
will be great if you guys give some feedback, whatever in your mind, suggestion, good, bad, happy, sad ..Hanging On - Arabic music (ORIGINAL)TheDrMusician2010-05-09 | Better quality, MP3 file: http://www.box.net/shared/80railfa05
