Back again with another tutorial using the new Moondust Palette from Urban Decay! This time I wanted to show you the difference having a cream base can make in the pigmentation of the shadows. It is now my new fav and pretty much only way I'll ever wear these shadows haha because it's bomb asf. Hope you loves enjoy the tutorial!!

Side note I am preparing for a short Pokemon Series (inspired by Jordan Hanz...god I love her!!) which I will be uploading sometime next week and then after that I'm going HARDDD on Halloween tutorials. I'm gonna be a busy lil bee the next two months but I'm gonna try to stay posting to twice a week... but if I miss a day here and there, that's why lol. Can't wait to share my ideas with you all and hopefully you will feel inspired to try something new for Halloween!!
