Two bumps on the neck… but two very different diagnoses. 👀
In this video, we remove both an epidermoid cyst and a lipoma - and you can see why identifying what’s underneath the skin matters before deciding how to treat it.
A cyst is typically a sac filled with keratin, and removing the entire sac can help reduce the chance of it returning. A lipoma, on the other hand, is a benign growth made of fatty tissue and requires a very different type of removal.
Make sure you watch both procedures to see how different these bumps look once we get beneath the surface - and which removal you find more satisfying.
