We're pleased to open Police Officer recruitment for non-degree holders via the Initial Police Learning and Development Programme (IPLDP).

The IPLDP entry route is a 2-year programme of initial learning:
No requirement for a degree to apply
No requirement for A-levels to apply

To be eligible for this entry route you must have GCSE English and Maths (Grades 9-4/A*-C), be over the age of 17 and meet our other eligibility criteria.

For a limited period of time, this welcome return of an established entry route is open to those who do not wish to work towards an academic qualification in tandem with becoming a police officer.
