This a low cost version of a gyro robot toy that you can find on line.
I paid around $6 dollars when I got mine. Shop around for the lowest price if interested in buying one. As you will see in the video one version uses 3 AA batteries, mine uses 2 AA batteries. I would go with the 3-battery version if I had known. Also, I found that dollar store battery's work better in this toy than Duracell, Kirkland, Thunderbolt or other high-end batteries.
