This video is part 1 that explains the process in turning an old track asset into a procedural track asset.
We take the TANE Trk Oak asset which is a procedural track in TANE and break it down into the parts we need for the Auran Track TS2009 36in asset (which is a narrow-gauge track, so is a little more work).
This video goes through the process of getting the textures and meshes ready so the procedural track functions. The next videos show the correct visualisation of chairs, sleepers, endcaps, rail ...etc by configuring the config.txt files to work correctly with our narrow-gauge track.
Hope you enjoy the TV stream and for all those wanting to catch us on The Trainz Channel you can find us on Twitch TV here: twitch.tv/trainz_simulator
Cheers,
