Southern Railways likes their Class 377 Electrostars, but wants to try something new. Today, I'm testing out the first Train Simulator 2017 scenario I've made, and recording the first TS2017 custom scenario I've had on this channel. We're at the controls of a venerable Amtrak P42DC diesel-electric locomotive, pulling a 16:47 weekday commuter service from London Victoria to Brighton. Unfortunately, we can't couple Class 377 coaches to our P42, so New Jersey Transit has kindly loaned Southern a set of five Bombardier Multilevel cars for today's consist. Join me as I test out my first scenario, encounter a few bumps and scrapes, but eventually get our passengers (nearly) where they need to go.
