**This film includes pauses so that the signs can be read**

To make it possible for railway staff to social distance from passengers when walking between station platforms and their places of work at the front of the trains small sections of passenger areas on London Underground Bakerloo line and London Docklands Light Railway trains have been closed to passengers.

On the Bakerloo line the seating bays next to the train driver's cabs have been closed to passengers plus it is asked that no-one stands in the adjacent passenger door vestibule. This only affects the train ends - the seating next the middle cab remains open to passengers.

On the Docklands Light Railway both the seating bays at the train ends and the adjacent doorway vestibules are closed - but only at the outside ends of the full length trains and not the individual train unit ends inside the longer multiple unit trains. As the DLR's Passenger Service Agents have the train ends to themselves it also means that passengers are (temporarily) unable to benefit from the forward view through the front windows.

I hope that the many pauses to read the signage are long enough - its a balance between making an even longer film or being too hurried within the film.

This film also includes many sequences filmed over the years, including many types of UndergrounD train and the DLR when it first open in 1987!

Because the Covid-19 topic can be controversial (and politically charged) I will be moderating all comments.
