Totem Automobili presented one of the 10 examples of the GT Super Sport Prototipo (SP) model that will be built at the 2026 Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este. This is the definitive, most extreme evolution of the GT Super, and a restomod tribute to the splendid Alfa Romeo Giulia GT of the 1960s. Unlike the standard GT Super, which features a 2.8-litre engine, the Sport Prototipo version delivers a significant performance boost. Under the hood is a 3.2-litre twin-turbo V6 engine, developed entirely from scratch in Italy in collaboration with Italtecnica, which delivers 740 hp (approximately 150 hp more than the base model). It features a rear-mounted 6-speed manual transmission, a redesigned suspension with new wishbones, shock absorbers, and stub axles, and a double-wishbone layout with pushrods and rear-wheel drive. The body and monocoque structure are entirely made of carbon fibre; The 19" wheels are made of carbon, with an aluminium central hub, and the braking system is equipped with carbon-ceramic discs. All'edizione 2026 del Concorso d'Eleganza Villa d'Este, Totem Automobili ha portato uno dei 10 esemplari del modello GT Super Sport Prototipo (SP) che saranno realizzati. Si tratta dell'evoluzione definitiva e più estrema della GT Super, nonché un omaggio, in chiave restomod, alla splendida Alfa Romeo Giulia GT degli anni '60. A differenza della GT Super standard, che monta un motore da 2,8 litri, la versione Sport Prototipo compie un notevole salto prestazionale. Sotto il cofano anteriore troviamo un propulsore V6 biturbo da 3,2 litri, sviluppato interamente da zero in Italia in collaborazione con Italtecnica, che eroga 740 CV (circa 150 CV in più rispetto al modello base). Dispone di una trasmissione manuale a 6 rapporti montata sull'asse posteriore, di sospensioni riprogettate con nuovi bracci, ammortizzatori e fuselli, abbinate a uno schema a doppio braccio oscillante con pushrod e trazione posteriore. La carrozzeria e la struttura monoscocca sono interamente in fibra di carbonio; i cerchi da 19" sono in carbonio, con mozzo centrale in alluminio, e l'impianto frenante è dotato di dischi carboceramici.
