Here's a short compilation of sounds from my new AE Modular rack, and it's all from just one single patch. With a bunch of modulation options from 2Auto and Modulators, it focuses on using Rings as an oscillator. That itself already offers up a load of options for sound design, but the real magic here comes from the Switch Matrix.
At the press of a button, I can choose between 8 different routing setups for effects, meaning I don't have to keep patching or unpatching thigs. The effects include a gnarly Grunge Filter, MultiFX module, and the Stomp I/O (which is sending to the Empress Zoia and back). The Deluge is just being used as a midi controller here.
All in all, this is the most fun I've had with my modular so far. So many unique sounds waiting to be discovered.
