Ellie mimicking Regina as she plays the maracas. It's not shown in the video, but after Regina stops playing with them, Ellie walks away.

This isn't the first time Ellie has copied Regina. She's done so before in this demo save file. Though the subtitle was instead "She's trying to relax by copying Regina." and it was done as Regina was looking at a palm tree.
