I have a miserable success rate for hunting turkeys, but I'm never skunked! While out on an (another) unsuccessful turkey hunt I find three delicious wild edibles that are in season briefly at the same time as turkey hunting - early morels (Verpa bohemica), Carolina spring beauty (Claytonia caroliniana), and leeks (aka ramps, Alium tricoccom).
