The enemies are dying so fast that it's hard to tell if all the synergies fully work but I am leaning on yes right now, even without the augment it's great and has a similar effect to roar (although the cooldown of stars might annoy you a bit) for me this makes gyre alot more fun for steel path missions but at 9999 I'll be sticking with roar and pillage.
