Hello, My name is Nietvries and I have been on a lot of Minecraft SMP's in the past. The SMP's that who don't survive usually have the same kind of problem: Good Communication.

In this video, I am going to break this ''Communication'' down into 2 subjects to help you understand it even better. Those subjects are resentment and guilt. What is it, where does it come from and how do we prevent it/fix it.
