In the video, I'm showing you a new preset I built years ago, which I just recently found again and now want to share with you for free. You can simply download it and use it in Bitwig. I’ll also explain how it works so you can recreate it in other setups if you want. Basically, it brings phase modulation and frequency modulation right onto your audio track. That means you don’t need an FM synth... you can just use audio files and apply phase modulation directly, which can have a huge effect on bass samples, as you'll probably see in the video.
