I saw an arrow type in the video game Thief called "Water Arrows" that you can use to extinguishes small or medium-sized sources of flame such as torches, fireplaces or braziers. I wanted to see if I could make something similar in real life. After some experimentation, I came up with my versions of the water arrows. I made it with the things I had available to be and could probably be improved with better materials. You have to be very accurate for the arrows to put out a torch and the water containers make it a little difficult to aim with good accuracy.
