After three strokes in 2016 left him unable to move and visually impaired, Army Veteran Richard Cooks faced challenges.

With the support of VA physical therapists and team, he has continued his recovery journey, one that has brought him to the National Disabled Veterans Winter Sports Clinic,

Now, he’s showing others what stroke survivors can achieve through resilience and adaptive sports.
