What would you say to students 150 years in the future?
For Johns Hopkins’ 150th anniversary, students were invited to contribute to something truly special: a time capsule for the class of 2176. Graduates wrote advice, questions, and messages meant for the future, and those notes are now sealed inside.
The time capsule traveled through a variety of Hopkins locales highlighting the university’s reach around the globe and impact locally, making stops at the Peabody Institute, Homewood campus, and the Applied Physics Laboratory, where cutting-edge robotic work is helping shape the future today.
From student voices to global campuses, this time capsule captures the spirit of Hopkins now and sends it forward 150 years into the future.
