One year and ~72,000 miles in my 2022 F-150 Lightning Lariat Extended Range (Max Tow, Atlas Blue) — I bought it 3/15/25 with 52,800 miles for just under $40k and I've been putting it through family road trips, work trips, and daily life. In this video I walk the truck, show the mega power frunk, Pro Power Onboard setup, bed mods (WeatherTech hard cover, extra seals), full-size spare, and all the accessories I actually use.

We drive down to Columbia, SC to check a new Tesla V4 supercharger, talk real-world charging (10→80% target ~40 minutes, adds ~95 kWh; past summer derating problem at 61°C that Ford pushed to ~81°C with a software update), battery SoH (98% at ~72k), and why adapters + Nav weirdness matter. I also cover BluePilot/Comma vs BlueCruise, Forscan tricks (keep truck on, enable toggles), using the Lightning as a home backup (generator inlet + Emporia), and the annoying Ford app climate limit. Honest: dealership/service experience has been rough, there are a few recalls, and Ford discontinued the Lightning — but it's still the most practical EV truck I’ve owned.
