Pokemon Black and White kind of blew my mind with the world and region it offered. The design of the Unova region, on top of the new look of the generation painted this tapestry- and it created a deep and interesting world with a self assured sense of style you could really get lost in. There are a lot of places like Anville Town in these games, but I think this little getaway is worth talking about in particular because of how much character it has despite being so out of the way. It makes me really happy to feel how much someone at Game Freak loves trains when I visit this place, and it certainly doesn't hurt that there is just concrete things to do and see. The soul of exploration is alive in these games, it's really cool. Even cooler than mudkip! This one's for all the Reshiram, Zekrom, and Pansage fans out there.
