There’s something I’ve realised on this content creation journey.
Confidence doesn’t come first.
Over the last couple of years, I’ve become far more comfortable on camera. Creating videos, documenting my runs, sharing my thoughts. It’s pushed me in ways I didn’t expect.
But there’s still one area where I feel held back.
Talking in public situations.
And the truth is, that hesitation doesn’t just stay in that moment, it quietly limits opportunities, growth, and the kind of creator I want to become.
So instead of waiting to “feel ready”. I’m doing something different. I’m treating this like an experiment.
Over the next 12 months, I’m deliberately putting myself into more uncomfortable, public-facing situations to see if confidence can be built the same way as anything else—through repetition and exposure.
This video is the start of that journey of self improvement.
