Hello and welcome to BakieGaming.
After being able to transfrom my Twinkling Stars Wallpaper into a Base Game Compatible Wallpaper, I thought that it would be time to share my discoveries about how to make these kind of wallpapers.
As this is one of my longest tutorials ever, I splitted this tutorial into 2 parts.

In this second part of the tutorial, I will teach you how to let the texture files move on your wall, how to change the movement speed and how to change the textures UV-Scales.
In the first part I will show you some basic info about these kind of wallpapers, teach you how to change the Material Shader and how to make and add additional LightOverlay texture files.
If you haven't seen the first part yet, I highly recomment watching that one first:

Besides that I made this tutorial easy to follow by explaining every single step, I also show you how it will eventually look in game.

You will need the following programs to follow this tutorial
• The Sims 4 Base Game
• The Sims 4 Studio. Best thing to do is download the latest stable / community tested version although for making this kind of mod, the BETA will work too.

• 2D Editor like Photoshop or Gimp, in this tutorial I will be using Photoshop
► Download Gimp: gimp.org
