One of Russ and Chad's favorite horror movies of all time is a little-seen $50,000 horror movie from a few years back called "The Signal", about a signal being broadcast through electronic media and causing normal people to become crazed killers. This week, Russ and Chad pay homage to "The Signal" with their first serious short film since beginning Movie Quest!
