AC Valhalla gets pretty grim at times. This is by far the darkest of the stories. This scene is historically not entirely inaccurate. In the tale of the sons of Ragnar, Ivar the Boneless is recorded to have killed the Saxon king Aella by blood eagle (not a Briton king as shown here).
