For the finale of our set we were joined by a host of folk players from over at Fiddler’s Arms, including Talek Semmens on cittern, Odhrán Mullan and Hannah Cumming on fiddles, Fred Holden on accordion, Aidan Bew on banjo, Louis Bingham on mandolin and Tess Livingstone on bodhran.
We’d never played together before (or even met) and they didn’t know the song, but having seen them play at one of the sessions I had every faith that it would be epic.
It really was and I really hope we can do something similar again one day, thank you all so much for joining us.
