Rukmini Reddy is the SVP of Platform Engineering at Slack. Throughout her leadership journey, she has specialized in hypergrowth and product transformation for enterprise tech companies across SaaS and B2B/B2C business models.
Xiao Guo is currently SVP of Engineering at Bolt. Prior to Bolt, she was head of growth at Instacart and helped Instacart’s systems scale due to the massively increased demand during the COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to Instacart, she was at Uber and LinkedIn, where she focused on building consumer products on a large scale.
In her role as SVP of Engineering, Janice Little manages the people, processes, and teams necessary to meet the rigorous execution and innovation goals of SheerID. Janice has performed software consulting and agile coaching for a large variety of sectors including biological research, digital learning platforms, e-commerce & financial.
