this is day 1 of our three day backpacking trip of the mount donaldson circuit in sundown national park. it was hard, and grueling, and wildly dangerous. but day 1 went off without (major) hitch! how good! this is easily the most dangerous trek/ hike we've EVER undertaken, and it's going to prove to be quite the challenge!
