1.12 VERSION OF THIS MOD:

Here's a mod where you can actually witness the Fringe Lands in their real positions:
ci.mcmodule.org/job/Minecraft%201.3.2%20128bit%20mod
Set X Noise Multiplier to 2.0E45 and leave Z Noise Multiplier blank (it defaults to 1) and walk a few thousand blocks to find the terrain seen in the first world.
While I didn't explain the cause of the Fringe Lands in this video, it wasn't really necessary as I have already made multiple videos in which I mentioned the cause of the Fringe Lands and skygrids in Bedrock (here it is the same, the only difference being that the values overflow at the double limit as opposed to the float limit).
Exact coordinates:
Initial X degrading (12,559,913 on Bedrock): 8,175,100,408,620,645,976,883,276,655,794,259,946,060,445,818,320
Fringe Lands (12,561,029 on Bedrock): 9,176,239,949,795,123,308,594,625,193,335,189,314,391,974,608,896
Skygrid: 44,505,767,030,558,165,712,849,579 (on both axes)
