"LaRCS" stands for "Live and Record Combined Stereo", which means that on the left side you can hear a live performance, while on the right side the video clip/studio version.
In this case you can enjoy the "Four Brothers" from The Manhattan Transfer. On the right side you can hear the studio (album) version (tempo adjusted), while on the left side a live version from 1986 (Vocalese Live 1986, Japan).
