goodness, this is the most tragic video i've made in a while...but Jervis Tetch's unrequited love for Alice Pleasance in Batman: The Animated Series is nothing if not a tragedy 😭💖 i love Jervis' character so much in this adaptation...and this song fits all too well 🙏
a fun little thing - this video uses Alice in Wonderland illustrations by John Tenniel, who illustrated the earliest copies of the book (and which Jervis has on his wall!).
