The left's reaction to attempted Trump assassination is disgusting

A failed attempt at assassinating the former president of USA, Donald Trump, has taken place this week. As someone who is neither a Democrat nor Republican, neither left nor right and don't support Biden or Trump i still view this event as something that should have never taken place no matter the political views of the presidential candidate.
Unfortunately not everyone seems to be agreeing with me. Some woke liberals and leftists seem to be celebrating the attempted assassination of Donald Trump. They post such tweets on Twitter or videos on TikTok expressing disappointment and meltdown because Trump survived the shooting at the Trump rally.
This is not acceptable and this kind of behaviour shouldn't be considered ok no matter what your political ideology is. This is called having the basic empathy for a fellow human being. This is especially the case when we consider that an innocent life was taken that day. The life of Corey Comperatore, a firefighter, husband and father who protected his family by taking a bullet. It seems that some people fail to see him an an individual and all those things listed above. All the can see is MAGA, Trump supporter and Republican. It seems that people only have empathy to those who share their political beliefs. I believe that everyone deserves empathy whether they're liberal or conservative or anything inbetween or outside of this spectrum.
And today too i decided to see Trump as an individual, a human being rather than a politician, billionaire and a presidential candidate.
One commentator who is worth mentioning is Destiny, a political commentator and a streamer with left wing views. I used to respect Destiny but with his recent, disgusting comments i lost all respect for this man.
Where will the country head after this Rally shooting? Will Trump gather more support thanks to this assassination attempt? Time will tell.
