Hey Elvis fans. As much as I wish it was, This composite is one I DID NOT EDIT MYSELF. It was done by a friend of mine in Germany, which I felt deserves to be on YouTube. Takes 1,2, and the master #3 of "I'll be There" is available on the recently released double CD, "Elvis at American Sound Studio" via Follow That Dream label an offshoot of SONY MUSIC.
Written by and first recorded by Bobby Darin in 1960, Elvis recorded this in January 1969 which ultimately was released in 1970 on his "Almost in Love" album.
