Today we have 3 completely unrelated corners of the internet that all left me asking the same question: What is happening?!
First, comedian Deric Cahill had a legitimate complaint about assembling his Lovesac couch... and somehow that turned into the Lovesac social media account AND CEO taking shots at him before eventually admitting that, yeah, maybe he had a point.
Then we need to talk about Khloé Kardashianâs shoulder workout. We are NOT critiquing Khloéâs body. Weâre talking about the exercises, the form we can see, the trainer standing right there, and what âexplosiveâ training actually means. Iâm also giving you three simple shoulder exercises that make a whole lot more sense.
And finally, remember Kelsey Rhaeâs claim that a man with a âdad bodâ canât control what he eats and therefore canât control his life?
Pot, meet kettle. My god.
Well... a man has entered the chat to defend her. At least, I THINK that was the goal?!
Instead of defending Kelsey Rhaeâs actual claim, we somehow end up talking about testosterone, womenâs bodies, menâs bodies, physical attraction, and just about everything OTHER than what Kelsey said.
And since he wants to use Kelsey herself as evidence for why sheâs right, weâre revisiting some important context around her fitness and nutrition messaging, the programs she sells, and why someoneâs appearance is a terrible way to determine their qualifications, discipline, character, or whether they have their life together.
